This week is about making the most of whatever you have, whether it’s a phone, a DSLR, or a mirrorless camera and giving your content that cinematic touch.
Understand key camera settings: ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance, and frame rate
Master angles and composition for strong storytelling
Learn lighting basics to improve the look and feel of your content
Know what settings to use depending on light, movement, and subject

Be more confident using manual or semi-manual camera or phone settings
Know how to improve their shots with intentional lighting and composition
Understand how to create depth, mood, and story through camera techniques
Be able to set up for different types of videos (talking head, b-roll, vlogs)

Explore free vs. paid editing apps: InShot, iMovie, Filmora (plus basic Final Cut tips)
Master cutting, trimming, and arranging clips for smooth storytelling
Add music, text, and transitions that enhance rather than distract
Export your videos with the right settings for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

Feel confident editing on either mobile or desktop.
Know how to cut and arrange clips to keep viewers engaged.
Understand how to enhance videos with text, music, and transitions.
Be able to export their videos in the correct format for different platforms.
